By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. About Plex Payments

Plex Payments, Inc. ("Plex," "we," "our," or "us") is a financial technology company that provides technology, payments, and financing related services to healthcare providers and partner financial institutions. Plex Payments, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panacea Financial Holdings, Inc. ("PFH"). References to "Plex," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer solely to Plex Payments, Inc. No affiliate of Plex, including PFH, assumes any responsibility or liability under these Terms unless expressly stated.

Plex is not a bank.

Banking and credit products referenced on the Site are offered by partner financial institutions and are subject to separate agreements and disclosures.

3. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site.

They do not govern:

  • Bank sponsored accounts or credit products
  • Payment processing or financing services provided under separate agreements
  • Services provided by partner financial institutions or healthcare providers

Those offerings are subject to separate terms and conditions.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest content without permission

5. No Financial, Legal, or Medical Advice

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
